Frequently Asked Questions

First, please be sure you have completed the required Epic training courses on HealthStream.

Upon completion, a Mass General Brigham administrator will then grant you access to Epic.

1.) Go to https://workspace.partners.org
2.) Download and Install the Citrix receiver onto your Mac/PC
3.) After installation has finished, close out of the setup window and back onto the browser
3.) Login with your Mass General Brigham username and password
4.) (If available) select Epic Hyperspace
